Description
This position will be working 32 hours/week on day shift.
The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree Social Worker
Within 60 days of hire Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License
