Summary: Perform all preparations and processing of tissue specimens to be used by the Pathologist for microscopic evaluation and diagnosis. EDUCATION Bachelor degree or associates degree in science and Histotechologist certification or eligible EXPERIENCE Two years as a Histotechnician or Histotechnologist preferred. LICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION HT (ASCP) or equivalent OTHER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Works directly with the Pathologist .
