Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License.
4 years experience in a mental health setting.
1 year experience in outpatient dialysis setting. 4 years preferred.
4 years' experience in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team....
