Duties include, but not limited to, splinting, casting, assisting with minor procedures, wound care, applying fabricated devices, immobilization devices, traction, and overhead frames. Attends all Traumas in the Emergency Department. Works in collaboration with Supply Distribution and Sterile Processing to provide nursing staff with supplies and sterile equipment daily.
