The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: Provides clinical supervision to team members. Responsible for collecting all data related to component operations. Meets productivity assignments. Works with Director to recruit/train/evaluate/discipline team members. Prepares PO's to restock component of program. Encourages staff development efforts including orientation, competency and appraisal reviews. Provides direct clinical services to clients. Performs crisis assessments/interventions per team plan. Performs comprehensive assessments and reassessments. Performs comprehensive service plan/revisions. Performs case management function on behalf of component consumers. Recruits referrals, conducts or assigns intake. Meets with family/others as per treatment plan. Ensures that all activities happen as per schedule. Schedules staff to ensure appropriate coverage, manages call outs, vacation, scheduling. Participates with staff to plan discharge/follow-up. Gathers customer satisfaction data as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Master degree in Psychology, Sociology or related field Minimum 2 years experience POST master degree in the behavioral health field. Valid Driver License’s and ability to drive agency vehicles during outreach calls Supervisory experience preferred.
