The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Echocardiogram Technician performs technical procedures such as Adult TEE and TTE with the use of an Echocardiogram machine, to obtain ultrasound images to aid in diagnoses of cardiac disease Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Diploma from accredited echocardiography program At least one year of relevant work experience  Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable): Registered Echocardiography Technician with RDCS or CCI Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions): Per Diem Day Essential Functions: The Technician also performs advance testing such as Stress Echocardiograms Assists the cardiologists in Trans-Esophageal Echocardiograms  Performs services as needed such as Stress Testing  EKG, 24 hour Holter monitoring placement and scanning Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to supports our employees’ physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
