The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational Job Overview: The Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of community, global, and mobile health initiatives across RWJBarnabas Health. This role serves as a central point of accountability to ensure programs are implemented effectively, aligned with organizational strategy, and measured for impact. The Project Manager is responsible for standardizing workflows, managing project timelines and resources, and leading data collection, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.This position plays a critical role in advancing RWJBH s mission to improve health outcomes, reduce disparities, and demonstrate return on investment in community and public health initiatives.
