The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: Facilitate treatment and provide coordination of referrals and intakes, direct practice in the areas of group work, consumer education, treatment planning and individual counseling. Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, obtaining program insurance authorizations, performing intakes, assessments, initiating treatment interventions and crisis intervention. Participates in staff training and continuing education. Qualifications: Required: Master's degree in Social Work Valid NJ LCSW license Previous psychotherapy experience   Scheduling Requirements: Full-Time 40 hours per week Day shift, may require some evening hours as well   Essential Functions: Conduct assessments, participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and authorizations for care Develop and maintain working relationships with referrals sources; facilitate clinical staff meetings, case consultations, and others reviews. .
