The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The supervisor is responsible for supervising staff members in the performance of their duties and assisting the Screening Program Director and Assistant Clinical Director in the administration of a 24-hour operation. The Supervisor serves as the outreach liaison for all community agencies. Exercises supervisory authority and independent judgment in assigning employee labor. Qualifications: Required:  Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related clinical field Certified Mental Health Screener or previous experience to be immediately eligible for Screening Certification BLS through the American Heart Association Valid NJ Driver's license Preferred: Previous supervisory experience Scheduling Requirements: Full-Time Evening Shift 40 hours per week Essential Functions: Acts as liaison to community agencies, law enforcement and patient’s families to effect outreach within the geographic area of Monmouth County. Participates in providing annual community-based education to Monmouth County agencies. Participates in behavioral health education projects i.e., MMC Behavioral Health Conferences Provides direct patient care on-site and off-site during high volume Responsible for supervision of mobile practicum for designated Screening Centers. Supervises the triage of in-coming clients to maintain timely flow of patients from Emergency Department to PESS.
