Description This is an on call/per diem position that will be supporting all western WA PACE sites. The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for OT evaluations and development and implementation of the OT plan of care in accordance with PACE policies. The OT is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and responsible to communicate and coordinate care with the team as well as multiple outside providers, caregivers and family members. The OT functions independently, working in multiple settings including the PACE center, participant homes, Adult Family Homes, Assistive Living Facilities and nursing homes. The OT assumes responsibility for participants treated by the OTA and OT Aide. Description Performs a variety of technical and patient care procedures that require independent judgment utilizing a multi-slice CT scanner. Utilizes power injectors and monitoring equipment. Starts IVs and administers IV, oral, or rectal contrast at the direction of the physician onsite. Provides exemplary customer service. Participates and is engaged in a team framework and maintains a positive approach and attitude. Continues to use their radiology technology experience doing diagnostic X-ray and Fluoroscopy work.
