Serves as a liaison to assigned areas, observing and monitoring these functions while providing feedback to management and specialized instruction to Patient Access staff. Helps in the implementation of system enhancements and performs subsequent follow up and reporting of the Registration systems. I nstructional Design and Curriculum Development.
