Summary The position provides for support supervision of staff and daily operations of the department. Coordinates, monitors and recommends improvement actions for clinical outcomes, procedures and documentation to assure quality patient care. Participates in promoting positive department image through interactions with managers, physicians, consumers and staff. Provides care in accordance with philosophy and standards of the hospital and governing regulatory bodies. Performs all duties of the discipline specific therapist role.
