Connecting People, Partners, and Care: experiencedRN at ASHHRA 2026 and NTI

We Were at ASHHRA in Savannah and NTI in San Diego — Connecting People, Partners, and Care

This May, the experiencedRN team was back on the road—and what a month it was. We had the pleasure of exhibiting at the ASHHRA 2026 conference in Savannah, GA on May 18th, then joined colleagues and clients at the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition (NTI) in San Diego on May 19th–20th. Along the way we met with Talent Acquisition Specialists, HR leaders, Nurses, and Managers from hospitals across the country.

Meetings that matter

At ASHHRA, our team connected with human resources and talent leaders eager to strengthen their clinical teams. Conversations focused on job advertising and recruitment marketing strategies, employer branding, retention support, and how to align recruitment with patient-care goals. It was inspiring to hear all the thoughts and ideas from the best and brightest leaders within our industry!

In San Diego at NTI, we joined up with our CEO and met lots of Critical Care Nurses interested in using our website, while having the opportunity to connect with many current and prospective client partners. The highlight was a warm client networking reception on the evening of May 19th, where ideas flowed and relationships deepened.

Why these events matter

Face-to-face time still matters. Exhibiting and attending these conferences gave us the chance to listen to the challenges health systems face today and to share our practical solutions, while having the opportunity to be in front of nurses and increase our membership numbers.

Community energy fuels better outcomes. It’s always rewarding to see how committed the healthcare community is to serving patients—this shared focus reminds us why we do what we do.

We bring value! Being reminded by our client partners of the role experiencedRN plays in connecting facilities with nurses who truly serve and help patients, was humbling and motivating.

A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by our booths, participated in our conversations, and/or joined us at the client reception. And if we didn’t get a chance to meet up in Savannah or San Diego, we’d still love to connect—whether you’re a nurse looking for your next job or a talent acquisition professional exploring job advertising and recruitment marketing solutions.

Reach out to schedule a follow-up conversation or to invite experiencedRN to your next event. Together, we’ll build teams that make a difference for patients and communities.
