Education: Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA).
Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for a Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state where services will be provided within 90 days of employment, or hold a license as a Clinical Fellow during the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Clinical Fellows must be mentored by a state-licensed and ASHA-certified SLP employed by Parkview Health.
If a CFY, state licensure must be obtained within 18 months of starting the fellowship.
Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) if not in the CFY.
