DescriptionThe Dietitian will provide evaluation/assessment and nutritional intervention/treatment of infants, pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients in the community practice locations for pediatric subspecialty care and will provide support to the Inflammatory Bowel Disease program on the Westwood campus. In this role you will be responsible for direct patient/family interaction, instruction/education, counseling in the outpatient clinic setting, communication with other Team members, and appropriate written documentation of dietary assessment and treatment plans.
