Overview Assists with patient flow through the eye clinic by monitoring patient arrivals and helping patients navigate through the clinic. Performs all clinical duties required of a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) (see Key Responsibilities below). Follows established standards and procedures for exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Recognize and comply with all national, local, and institutional regulations, policies, and procedures with regard to patient privacy and safety.
