Job Details: Performs and reports results of a variety of chemical, serological, hematological, immuno-hematological, and microscopic tests and procedures to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease; following established Laboratory procedures and protocols. Plans, organizes, and directs the laboratory care of the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient. Is able to demonstrate the ability to work with special patient's growth, developmental, and psychosocial needs specific to each population being served. Work must meet standards of quality as measured by the departmental performance improvement processes. Clerical, phlebotomy and assisting in training of MLT students is required.
