Job Description Description Surgical Technologist II - Operating Room - Hillsborough Hospital Campus We are seeking candidates with at least 3+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist working in the OR with a diverse background in multiply specialties, BLS is required. Hillsborough Services: General Surgery, GYN, Urology, XI & SI Robot, Orthopedics: Total joints (hips, knees, shoulders), Sports Ortho, Neuro & Orthopedic Spine, Ophthalmology & GIHBR. OR has 8 rooms running from 7a-5:30p, with 3 "late" rooms until 7:30pm. All other hours are covered by call time. Hours: 36hr/wk. Days Monday - Friday 7am - 7:30pm plus call and holidays. Call is done in 12-hour shifts. Average number of call shifts per 6-week period in 4 to 6. Call Response time: 45 minutes.
