Req # 179214 Under the direction of Rehab Manager is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising the exercise for cardiac rehab patients. Evaluates Phase I patients, and Phase II cardiac rehab patients. Develops supervised exercise and prepared progress reports for physicians. Organizes and instructs clinics or exercise related classes. This includes Cardiovascular Health screens, 6 minute walk test, Health Assessment, Individual Treatment Plans, exercise testing, risk factor education and consultation. Lead responsibilities involve staffing the daily schedule, assisting with payroll, event reviews, staff education and orientation, equipment needs, quality reviews. Frequent communication with the Rehab manager is an expectation. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the area of Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology or related field.
