Job Description Summary The Lead Sterile Processing Technician reports to the Manager, Sterile Processing. Under general supervision of the department manager, shift supervisor or designee, the SPD Lead Technician performs instrument production, case assembly, sterile processing, decontamination of surgical instruments in compliance with medical center policies and procedures, state, local and federal requirements.
