Overview Responsible for all aspects of patient food and nutrition services of the Patient Dietary Services Department. Responsibilities Nutrition Support Works in conjunction with the Nutrition Committee assisting with decisions, research projects and coordination of all nutrition support activities. Acts as co-chair for Nutrition Committee and Nutrition Rounds. Using current scientific principles supported by research, responsible for writing and revising nutrition policies and protocols related to enteral and parenteral nutrition.
