Description
Provides intakes, psychosocial assessments and community information and referral for grief clients. Provides individual, family and group counseling and support. Assists as needed in department activities, community education, potlucks, volunteer training and community outreach and support. Assists with grief client follow–up and coordination as needed.

Required qualifications:
