Job Description

    • Position Summary:
      • This position is responsible for the provision of physical therapy services for those patients primarily ages 0-3 years in the infant-child development (ICD) program who demonstrate delays or deficits in neuromuscular, sensory, mobility, balance, coordination, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities. Plans, organizes and implements physical therapy services for patients and families in the ICD program including comprehensive assessment, development of treatment plan, delivery and documentation of service, education, consultation, and discharge/transition planning.
    • Minimum Education
      • Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
    • Minimum Experience
      • One year of experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Kansas Physical Therapist Licensure
      • Valid Kansas Driver’s License
      • Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the fir 90 days of employment.
