Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Clinic Office Coordinator to work for the Bariatric Surgery and Non-Surgical Weight Loss Services at Swedish Firdt Hill in Seattle , WA.

The Clinic Office Coordinator is responsible for covering the classification of employee responsible for independently coordinating and performing moderately complex and specialized clinic operational duties. The Clinic Office Coordinator is also responsible for serving as a description for those positions responsible for organizing the workflow of the front office duties and specialized administrative tasks.

In this position you will:

  • Greet patients and visitors.
  • Schedule patients for services needed specific to department. This may include but is not limited to scheduling for other clinic services at multiple
  • Order department and equipment supplies. Delegate or maintain oversight regarding equipment inventory and resources for single or multiple departments as needed.
  • Manage non-clinical clinic front office workflow functions in the areas of customer service, patient registration and check-in, and office management. Prioritize and delegate workflow requirements and re-assign tasks as needed to optimize clinic flow and outcomes
  • Organize/coordinate clinic administrative functions such as accounts receivable, ordering of clinic supplies, budgeting, clinic reports, and other specialized administrative tasks as assigned by clinic management or managing clinicians

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Three (3) years front office experience in a clinic setting.
