The Patient Care Supervisor acts as the clinical manager and is responsible for daily activities (administrative or technical) relevant to the professional services provided, including: •Validation of qualifications and assignment of personnel. •Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies within the area of responsibility enforcing both the Quality Assurance program and Utilization Review within assigned areas.  •PCCI, Infusion and DON: Responsible for daily activities (administrative or technical) relevant to the professional services provided, including the validation of qualifications, assignment and supervision of personnel, assures compliance with all regulatory bodies within the area of responsibility enforcing both the Quality Assurance program and Utilization Review within assigned areas.  •PCS, Infusion and DON only: Responsible for office operations in Administrator's absence. This position is a float position covering BayCare Home Care offices in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Sumter, Lake and Marion counties, and may involve overnight stay.
