PEDIATRIC PHARMACY RESIDENT - PGY2(Job Number: 211512) Description   The Pharmacy Resident Post Graduate Year 2 shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying, and resolving drug related issues to assure patient safety, improve patient satisfaction, and minimize cost. The 12 month program is designed to provide advanced clinical training in the specific specialty area of pharmacy practice (i.e. pediatrics). The primary emphasis of the residency is to develop independent problem solving skills in the various aspects of pharmacotherapy and disease state management in order to enhance the medication management of the designated patient population.
