Physical Therapist - Morton Plant Rehab Center(Job Number: 2011285) Description   BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community at Madonna Ptak Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center.  This 120-bed center is located on the campus of Morton Plant Hospital and offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy in combination with complex nursing services.  Responsibilities include: ·Evaluate and develop specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy.  ·Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Fitness Specialists, Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.  Take advantage of our competitive total reward package including benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k match and additional yearly contribution, yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus, community discounts and the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work!  *Team members with temporary permits must work under the direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist that has been licensed for a minimum of six months. A supervising licensed Physical Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time..
