MEDICATION SAFETY COORDINATOR - WEST REGION(Job Number: 201359) Description   The Medication Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Quality Improvement, Medication Safety and Adverse Drug Event Programs for Pharmacy Services. The Medication Safety Coordinator leads or participates in hospital wide medication safety initiatives. At the discretion of the manager, the Medication Safety Coordinator shall also represent the pharmacy on hospital committees related to medication safety and formulary management. Preferred experience is PGY-1 residency; PGY-2 residency in Medication Safety.
