In this key role, you will supervise and coordinate all of the staff activities of the Investigational Drug Services, including the initiation, monitoring and auditing of all approved investigational drug studies. You will maintain adequate staffing as well as train, coach, motivate and evaluate employees to ensure the appropriate delivery of drug distribution, clinical and investigational services. You will also be responsible for inventory control and protocol monitoring. QualificationsWe’re seeking a dedicated clinical professional with: ·      Pharm D. degree and current CA Pharmacy license ·      Previous clinical supervisory ·      ASHP accredited residency ·      Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills ·      Ability to review investigational drugs and determine whether the use conforms to established standards ·      Knowledge of relevant policies and regulations governing the administration of investigational drugs UCLA is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
