MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
Licensure: Active certification with an approved, accredited, nationally recognized phlebotomy organization required. PBT (ASCP) or approved equivalent).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: computer keyboard activity. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull < 20lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, noise, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.
