Home Health Aide
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Schedule: Full Time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.
Provides personal care and related services in the home. Functions under direct instruction and supervision of an RN or therapist coordinating patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Current Home Health Aide Certification in State of California.
- Current CPR.
- Valid CA Driver's License.
- Proof of auto insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months Home health aide experience.
