Location: Eureka, CA
Work Schedule: Full Time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday
The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
- State licensure for PT, or eligibility for licensure.
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Rehab experience.
