The Endoscopy Technician, Lead is responsible for the following:
• Performing direct and indirect patient care tasks
• Assisting with admissions, discharges and transfers of patients within the endoscopy suite, holding and recovery areas
• Controls, manages and orders departmental inventory, supplies and equipment
• Coordinates at least one departmental specialty
• Assists with Beacon Preference card maintenance
• Precepts new Team Members
• Trouble shoot equipment failure and assists with Endoscopic procedures
