The Occupational Therapist is responsible for:
- Evaluating and developing specific treatment programs for individual patients based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.
- Providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.
A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.
