About the Opportunity
Our growing network of independently owned and operated healthcare facilities is currently scouting for leadership talent in Washington. Join our Administrator in Training program and earn the opportunity to own a piece of the business. We seek leaders who will run every aspect of an inpatient post-acute rehab facility, including all administrative and operational duties, safety/sanitation and equipment/supplies oversight, budget and financial planning; personnel and staff development and much more.
Candidates must possess prior healthcare leadership experience or a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (or a related field). We are specifically seeking out entrepreneurial Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists who have the drive to build something great beyond their therapy department.
Ensign Services provides a wide range of clinical and operational assistance to over 200 independently owned healthcare operations located throughout the United States.
