Other information:
Education: NC LCSW is required. Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work required.
Licensure/Certification: North Carolina Social Work License.
Experience: One (1) years as a Clinical Social Worker, including experience in a health care setting required. Managed care/health plan experience preferred.
Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Individual will possess commensurate combination of education, experience and qualifications.
