Description The Department of Radiation Oncology at UCLA is seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Dosimetrist to join our dynamic team of medical physicists and Dosimetrists. Our department is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through the use of state-of-the-art radiation therapy techniques and technologies. We utilize a broad range of advanced treatment systems, including Varian TrueBeam, TrueBeam STx, Novalis Tx, Varian Ethos, and ViewRay MRIdian, and maintain an active interstitial HDR brachytherapy program. As a member of the Medical Physics Division, the dosimetrist will: Perform treatment planning for SBRT, IMRT, 3D conformal therapy, total body irradiation, and HDR brachytherapy. Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and radiation therapists to support simulation, treatment delivery, and quality assurance.
