The Health Technology Coach provides customer support for digital and wellness apps and devices offered by the HealthHub [TechDeck.] Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of all [TechDeck] services (apps and digital devices) as well as troubleshooting and providing client support. Proficient on affiliated BayCare apps and appropriate network and point of sale systems. Is able to accurately interpret device orders and process sales. Provides health coaching, education and training support on the use of approved devices and apps (recommended by providers). Provides information to clinical teams and physicians on how the available technology can serve the customer and follows up with physician on referrals. The Health Technology Coach will conduct scheduled educational workshops at the [TechDeck] for customers on specific apps and devices related to chronic diseases, conditions, and overall health and wellness. Possesses a strong interest in technology and the desire to learn about new products and features. The Health Technology Coach can easily assess the customer's needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Required Certification & Licensure is: Certificate of Competency in Health Coaching within 6 months of hire.

Required Experience: 1 year Patient Support and 1 year Retail Sales in Technology and 2 years Customer Service.

Required Specific Skills also includes: Point of Sale System and Mobile Technology (android/ios)
